You may have heard of NLP, maybe in the context of work but here I will be atlking about how we can use it to make a difference in the lives of children and teens and in our own life as a parent or teacher. Neuro Linguistic Programming helps us understand the link between our thoughts and emotions, how we express ourselves and the results or patterns that result. By understanding these connections and working out different choices, our children and teens can get the results they want. 

EFT or tapping, helps us with emotional responses to experiences, allowing us to control them with ease and create a more resourceful state from which to respond to the events in our lives.
