Service Description

Following a Discovery chat with you (free) I will take your child aged 10-14yrs through four one hour weekly modules covering the content of the book and applying it to their own situations, making sure to cover what you've shared with me. In this course we will cover - how to manage emotions - how to manage and change thoughts - how our brain works and how to apply this to our learning - how to be confident and resilient They will learn techniques that they can apply themselves and find that they have choices and a different way of managing their emotions and thoughts.
