The teens can be so hard to navigate, especially these days as expectations are so high. They're expected to look good, be confident, smart, popular and the rest. It can be overwhelming and girls feel anxious and fearful, they have times of low confidence which don't neccessarily reflect their grades as they just feel they're not good enough no matter what their parents or teachers say.
By teaching them how to tap, you give them a life skill they can use whenever they need it and it is so effective and fast, they are quickly back on track.
