New client deep dive play & art session

Service Description

This is a time and a safe space to come and talk about what's going on in your life, use art or collage, lego or play do or the lovely sand tray with the dinosaurs and animals to express how you feel and what you'd like to change. From there we can talk about booking more regular one hour sessions but sometimes this isn't needed. There can be an 'aha' moment or I may notice a language pattern that isn't helping you or them that can easily be changed. Limiting beliefs take a bit longer.
