Over four one hour sessions delivered live with your child, I cover some basic NLP and EFT skills - learning how they process VAK & the metaprogrammes - how to focus on the positive mindset, what they want, not what they don't want - The Drama Triangle - understanding anger and anxiety and how to move away and feel empowered to find their own solutions - Introducing EFT Tapping - Grounding, Anchoring and Mindfulness
