Service Description

A mix of fun activities to do as a family and individually designed to help you understand each other better, learn how to express your needs and value those of other family members. Explore ways to express emotions and talk about feelings. The focus is on play and art, using LEGO, Playdoh, nature collages and vision boards. Session will include EFT Tapping and NLP, Love Languages and other similar fun ways to improve connection.
